emZaa does not store any data from your mobile phone.
emZaa stores only the information you store optionally in your profile on emZaa cloud servers as encrypted. Also for your devices synchronization , your tokens information and your messages are stored encrypted on emZaa cloud servers.
emZaa collects your account information for security and enhances your account security to plan for it in the future, Token data is also encrypted store for sync between your personal devices in the cloud, so you can retrieve your data and tokens if you lose your phone, buy a new phone or add a new another device .
The emZaa app only wants the following access permissions :
- Internet access: To sign up and log in
- Camera access: To scan bar-codes
- File access: for uploading profile photos and sending documents
All of these accesses are optional except for the Internet without which you cannot sign up for the app.
emZaa QR-code scan requires camera access when you want to scan a barcode, and you can also deny access to the camera and manually enter codes, which will make it a little tricky.
